QUOTES is an integrated quoting system which allows you to list the proposed prices for the goods or services that you are offering to your customer. The quote can then easily be transformed into a jobcard or point of sale invoice once the work is completed.

You are able to cost stock, buyouts, labour and sundry items on a quote. You are able to refresh the prices of a selected quote or all of the quotes. This is useful if stock prices or labour rates have changed.
Transform a quote into a jobcard or a point of sale invoice. You are able to transform the quote into an existing jobcard or a new jobcard.
When transforming a quote, any buyouts on the quote are placed on back order. An order can then be opened and processed for these items.
Master quotes can be created for jobs that are repeated often. Once a master quote has been created, you are able to transform it into a quote, a jobcard or into a point of sale invoice.
Once a quote is closed, if you wish to re-open an old quote, then you can click on the Redo button. This will open the quote into current quotes.
Fully integrated with appointment book (ABK), buyouts (BUY), customers (CUST), jobs (JBS), orders (ORDS), stock (STK) and suppliers (SUPP).
