ORDERS is an integrated purchasing system that enables you to easily keep track of your purchase orders. This is essential in the management and coordination of your business.
Key features:
You are able to process an order for stock, jobcards and sundry items.
Individual items or an entire order can be reversed.
You are able to select items that are in lost sales. Lost Sales records items that have been queried (i.e. searching or browsing) but there wasn’t any stock on hand of the item.
You are able to print stock labels for all the stock items on the order.
An order can be processed in full (once all the items have been received) or you can process part of the order. The order remains open until all the items have been processed or reversed.
Fully integrated with cashbook (CBK), customers (CUST), general ledger (GLR), jobs (JBS), stock (STK) and suppliers (SUPP).
