BUYOUTS is an integrated purchasing system which can be used for direct purchases of items.
Sometimes an order is not required so a buyout, which once opened has to be processed, can be used instead.

You are able to process a buyout for stock, jobcards and sundry items.
Individual items or an entire buyout can be reversed.
A buyout is processed in one easy step. Once a buyout has been created, you have to process the buyout or reverse all items before you exit.
Fully integrated with cashbook (CBK), customers (CUST), general ledger (GLR), jobs (JBS), stock (STK) and suppliers (SUPP).
