TeamViewer
TeamViewer allows for Oficina support staff to connect to your computer in order to provide remote assistance when necessary.
Oficina suggests using TeamViewer version 9 or below.
AnyDesk is an alternative to TeamViewer application. It allows for our Oficina support staff to connect to your computer in order to
provide remote assistance when necessary.
doPDF is a free PDF creator that once installed will allow you to convert any type of printable documents to a PDF file
to view on your screen and save to a file on your computer.
doPDF installs itself as a virtual PDF printer.
The Remote Desktop Connection enables a local computer to access and utilise the Oficina program from any location with an internet connection
using any computer, tablet or smartphone. The RDC is included as part of Windows, however Apple and Android users will be required to
manually install the remote desktop function from the App Store.
ScrewDrivers allows for locally installed printers to be accessible via the remote desktop connection.
Only a limited number of printers (maximum of three) may be made accessible through this program.
