Support Structure
Oficina has a Support Department that provides telephonic link up/remote access support. This facility operates at no extra charge and is available between the hours of 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays from 7.30am to 12.30pm on  +27 (0)86 111-2958 or via email on support@oficina.co.za.

The Oficina Servers operation times are:
Monday to Friday - from 6am until 8pm.
Saturday - from 6am to 5pm.
Sunday - the server will not be accessible, unless a special request is submitted to our Support Department.

Special concessions are given to access the server outside of the normal operating hours, provided that you submit a written request to the Oficina Support Services 48 hrs prior to the required time.
