About Us

Oficina is a software development house formed in the early 80s to attend to the growing needs of software management tools specifically tailored to the Motor Industry in South Africa; during its first 10 years in business, focus was given to the needs of the Bosch Service Network and RMI affiliated small/medium size workshops, after an enormous pressure from other players in the industry with a need for a cost-effective and efficient Dealer Management System,  Oficina decided to undergo major changes, restructuring the business and refocusing into a broader market; the results were very positive and Oficina managed to deliver a DSM system that fulfills all market expectations and has taken the company to a new dimension in terms of its products and service delivery.

The Oficina Workshop-Point of Sale and Dealer Management systems offers a cost effective but comprehensive, professional solution for small, medium and large businesses in the motor vehicle and allied industries. Developed by computer software ‘specialists’ and engineers who have over 35 years of direct involvement with the motor industry.

Oficina enjoys market relationships with leading information and technology partners and suppliers; a Dealer Management System endorsed by many of the major players in the South African Motor Industry, being the preferred system for Bosch South Africa – Service Dealers since 1991, RMI & MIWA as from 1999, SADFIA as from 2003, Tata Truck & Bus South Africa as from 2005, GWM South Africa, Asiawing South Africa as from 2006, Geely South Africa and CAM South Africa - China Auto Manufacture Co. as from 2007..
